Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Lead Engineer within Electrical & Controls

What You Will Work On

  • Lead and coordinate the technical work within electrical and control systems
  • Take overall responsibility for the technical content within the assigned area
  • Ensure technical solutions, contract requirements and deliveries align with project objectives
  • Coordinate work between electrical and controls engineers
  • Work closely with project management, customers, suppliers and internal functions
  • Represent the organization in technical discussions with external stakeholders
  • Manage technical interfaces, deviations and changes throughout the project
  • Interpret and implement technical specifications and project requirements
  • Support customer-specific technical solutions
  • Ensure structured handling of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle

What You Bring

  • Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related technical field
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in technical projects
  • Experience in electrical engineering, control systems, automation or a related technical field
  • Experience in technical project management, coordination or a leading technical role
  • Ability to understand and translate technical specifications and project requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
  • Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work with structure, flexibility and a holistic perspective

Meritorious

  • Experience from energy, process or power generation industries
  • Experience with international customer and supplier relationships
  • Experience with technical contract requirements, project schedules and cost follow-up
  • Knowledge of low-voltage systems
  • Knowledge of switchgear, UPS and electrical circuit diagrams
  • Knowledge of control systems and industrial automation
  • Experience working with complex gas turbine or power generation projects
