Senior Pipeline Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Pipeline Construction Supervisor to join our team and lead the execution of onshore pipeline projects. This role is best suited for a hands-on professional with a deep understanding of field operations, construction supervision, and team coordination — especially in challenging environments.

Your Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate on-site pipeline installation activities

· Planning construction activities, resources, and schedules

· Coordinating pipeline construction plans and technical specifications

· Reviewing technical drawings and installation procedures

· Monitoring construction quality and compliance with engineering requirements

· Coordinating technical inspections, testing, and commissioning

· Reporting progress, technical issues, and corrective actions to project management

· Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with HSE requirements

What You Bring

· Extensive experience (15+ years) in pipeline installation – onshore

· Excellent knowledge of field operations and pipeline construction techniques

· Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ASME, API, DNV, ISO)

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Advanced experience with tools, machinery, and installation methods

· Ability to work independently and in diverse teams under demanding conditions

· Willingness to travel and work on project sites across regions

· Proven field experience from successfully completed projects
