We are looking for a person that is willing to learn administrative tasks and being an all over assistant to the current team of 3 people. Basic knowledge of Excel is a priority aswell as fluent in English both in writing and speaking.
Job includes but not limited to:
- Monthly and weekly inventory counting
- Office management
- Warehouse management
- Creating shipping labels in Shopify and Fedex/UPS
- Booking pick ups with shipping companies
- Assistant to founder/Art director
- Assistant to order fulfillment manager
- Packing PR orders
- Full time position
- No remote work
